Service Fees

Evergreen will offer a variety of cleaning services, including: vacuuming, dusting, mopping, disinfection of all rooms found in a household, ie., kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living and dining rooms.

As well, Evergreen will offer cleaning of commercial homes for sale and/or resale. Some examples of these jobs are: pre insulation, pre flooring, pre painting and final post construction cleaning.

The initial home cleaning may cost a little more than the subsequent regular cleanings as it can take little more time as we discover and tailor an appropriate routine specific to your home’s requirements. We will, however, be able to provide an estimate of the cost involved at the initial home visit.

Evergreen will accept cash and/or cheque as payment.
